Studio Infinity Ward has published a plan for updating in the second game season. The shooter will feature at least three new operatives, five game modes, three weapons, and several new maps.
The second season of Modern Warfare starts today, February 11th. On the first day, users will receive at least four new maps: Rust Remake (was in Modern Warfare 2), Atlas Superstore, Zhokov Boneyard (available only in Ground War mode) and Bazaar (available only in Firefight mode).
The game will also have a new battle pass, consisting of paid and free parts. With it, users will be able to get the Ghost operative and two new weapons (Grau 5.56 and SMG Striker 45). The other two operatives will be available in the store during the season.
In addition, the developers have announced a new set - Battle Pass Edition. It includes the digital version of the game, several cosmetic items, and 3000 Call of Duty Points that can be used to purchase the Battle Pass and other items. The Battle.net store has this bundle at 2799 rubles, for β at $99, and on you can buy it for $63 (now there is a 20% discount).
