ncurses 6.2 console library release

After two years of development took place library release ncurses 6.2, designed to create multi-platform interactive console user interfaces and supports API emulation races from System V Release 4.0 (SVr4). The ncurses 6.2 release is source-compatible with the ncurses 5.x and 6.0 branches, but extends the ABI.

Of the innovations, the implementation of the O_EDGE_INSERT_STAY and O_INPUT_FIELD extensions is noted, which allow you to add a delay when moving the cursor between fields and implement dynamic folding of fields that do not fit into the current size limits. Also added are the exit_curses and exit_terminfo functions to track leaks, and curses_trace to replace trace(). Made performance optimizations and improved decoding of mouse events. Added handlers for terminal emulators alacritty, domterm, kitty, mintty, mintty-direct, ms-terminal,
n7900, nsterm-build309, nsterm-direct, screen5, ti703, ti707, vscode-direct, xterm-mono, and xterm.js.
