Release of TrafficToll 1.0.0 - a program for limiting network traffic of applications in Linux

Recently, the release of TrafficToll 1.0.0 took place — a rather useful console program that allows you to limit bandwidth (shaping) or completely block network traffic for selected applications in Linux. The program enables limiting both incoming and outgoing speeds for each interface and each process separately (even while it is running).

The closest alternative to TrafficToll is the well-known proprietary program NetLimiter for Windows.

Installation:

$ pip install traffictoll
tt must be run as root.

What other similar programs do you know of for Linux?
