The WINE team is pleased to present you the stable release of Wine 5.0.
Over 7400 changes and fixes have been made in this release.
Major changes:
- Built-in modules in PE format.
- Support for multiple monitors.
- Reworking of the XAudio2 sound API.
- Support for the Vulkan 1.1 graphics API.
The release is dedicated to the memory of JΓ³zef Kucia, who tragically died at the age of 30 while exploring a cave in southern Poland. Jozef was an important member of the Direct3D WINE team and one of the leaders of the vkd3d project. During his career, he contributed more than 2500 patches to WINE.
