Apex Legends returns to 2-player teams for Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day is approaching, and companies are preparing various offers for this occasion. The Respawn Entertainment team was no exception, which announced an in-game event in the royal battle Apex Legends during the period from 11 to 19 February.

A key feature will be the return of the temporary Apex 3-player mode, which will allow you to play in teams of two instead of 20, as usual. Electronic Arts believes that lovers will appreciate such a special date. Of course, you can just play with a friend - fortunately, during this period, all legends will receive double the amount of experience (with a limit of up to XNUMX thousand units per day).

In addition, during this themed event, everyone who logs into the game will receive the 2020 Valentine's Day Emblem and will be rewarded with themed cosmetics while fighting in the arenas. In addition to the previous items for Valentine's Day, the developers have added two new mascots in the form of Pathfinder and Nessie. Last year's Into the Heart MV Longbow skin and Love the Game banner frame are back in the store and available at a discount.

Recall: at the end of January, Respawn Entertainment released a trailer about the fourth ranked season "Assimilation" in the royal battle of Apex Legends. A little bit later was introduced another video dedicated to the changes on the map and the gameplay for the new hero. And after the start of the season, the developers released two more videos: about the Revenant himself and the battle pass.
