Real Terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the terms of use of the site https://prohoster.info and all services provided by the company ProHoster, Netherlands, Meppel, Tulpenstraat, 6 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “ProHoster", "We").
By using the Site and/or the Company's services, the user confirms that he/she has fully read the terms of this Agreement and accepts them in full.
1. General provisions
1.1. The company provides services hosting, VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, domain name registration, SSL certificates and related services.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Website.
1.3. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the user is obliged to stop using the services.
2. Registration and account
2.1. To receive services the user is obliged Create an account and provide reliable information.
2.2. The user is responsible for the security of the account login data.
2.3. All actions performed using the account are considered user actions.
False Identification and KYC Violations
Providing false personal information, using forged or stolen documents, and fictitious registration of legal entities are considered fraudulent activities. In such cases, information may be reported to competent law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable law, and the account may be permanently blocked.
3. Terms of Service
3.1. The Services are provided "as is" without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to carry out technical work that temporarily restricts access to services.
3.3. The Company is not responsible for failures caused by actions of third parties, force majeure circumstances, or problems on the client's side.
4. Payment and billing
4.1. Services are provided on a prepayment basis.
4.2. The user undertakes pay on time services according to the selected tariff.
4.3In case of late payment, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services.
4.4. All payments are considered final unless otherwise stated in the return policy.
5. Returns and Disputes
5.1. Refunds are only possible for Services hosting or VPS (virtual servers)If the service does not meet the stated specifications, refunds for other services are not provided.
5.2. The return processing time is up to 14 working days.
5.3. The refund is made to the client's balance, or to the payment system at the discretion of the Company. It is also possible to transfer funds to another user.
5.4. The commission of the payment system is deducted from the refund amount.
5.5. In cases where the actions of the client directly or indirectly led the Company to losses, the amount of costs is deducted from the refund amount.
5.6. Refunds are available upon request through ticket system.
5.7. A user who violates one or more points of the rules is deprived of the opportunity to use the refund.
5.8. If you file a complaint or dispute regarding a payment made directly through the payment system, the Company reserves the right to suspend all Services without obligation to refund any funds paid. To prevent such situations and resolve the issue promptly, we recommend that you first contact our support team.
6. Prohibited activities
The user is prohibited from using the services ProHoster for:
6.1. It is forbidden to post pornographic information on the servers, calls to overthrow the government, violate public order, hack/crack resources, carding, botnet, phishing, viruses, fraud, brute, scan, drugs (mixture powders, etc.).
6.2. Email spam in any form is strictly prohibited, as well as the use of PMTA.
6.3. Activities that can lead to IP blacklisting (SpamHaus, SpamCop, StopForumSpam, antivirus databases and other blacklists).
6.4. It is forbidden for the customer to place on his virtual web server information that is contrary to international law.
6.5. It is forbidden to perform actions that directly or indirectly create a threat to a certain person or group of persons.
6.6. It is forbidden to store, use, distribute viruses, malicious software and other software related to them.
6.7. Increased load on the network or servers may be the reason for blocking the server.
6.8. Any action that violates the laws of the country in which the relevant services are located is prohibited.
6.9. ProHoster has the right to block or restrict access to an Internet resource in the event that the software of the said resource may lead or leads to a disruption of the functionality of the software and hardware complex and may entail failures in the operation of the system.
6.10. The client is fully responsible for the information that is located on the servers leased from the company.
6.11. The Client is obliged to respond to the received complaint as soon as possible. Otherwise, the provision of the service is suspended and all Client information is deleted. ProHoster reserves the right to cancel the provision of a service for which a complaint has been received without refund.
For VPS only (Prohibited)
- Cryptocurrency mining and everything related to installing nodes.
- Launching game servers.
The company reserves the right to immediately block the service without warning if violations are detected.

7. Content and user data
7.1. The user is responsible full responsibility for the content posted.
7.2. The Company does not control the content of user data and is not responsible for its loss.
7.3. The user is obliged to independently ensure backup of his data.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. The company is not responsible for:
8.1.1. lost profits;
8.1.2. loss of data;
8.1.3. indirect or incidental damages;
8.1.4. suspension of illegal services.
8.2. The total Company's responsibility may not exceed the amount paid by the user for the last billing period.
9. Termination of service
9.1. The company reserves the right to refuse to provide services to the client in case of unworthy and insulting treatment that degrades the honor and dignity of the company's employees.
9.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate the provision of services (at its discretion) in case of violation by the client of one or more paragraphs of these rules.
9.3. The company reserves the right to prohibit the placement of materials that are not acceptable from the point of view of the universal principles of humanism.
9.4. The Service reserves the right to unilaterally and without explanation terminate the user's service without the possibility of restoration.
10. Personal data
10.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with Privacy policy..

11. Force majeure
The Company is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including, but not limited to: natural disasters, network failures, and actions of government agencies.

12.2. All disputes shall be settled through negotiations.
