General Provisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1.<\/strong> The Company provides <a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/hosting\/\" title=\"\">hosting<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/vps\/\" title=\"\">VPS\/VDS<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/server\/\" title=\"\">dedicated servers<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/domain\/\" title=\"\">domain name registration<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/ssl-sertifikat\/\" title=\"\">SSL certificates<\/a> and related services.<br><strong>1.2.<\/strong> The Company reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available on the Website.<br><strong>1.3.<\/strong> In the event of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the user must cease using the services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Registration and Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.1.<\/strong> To receive services, the user must <a href=\"https:\/\/billing.prohoster.info\/register.php?language=english\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"\">create an account<\/a> and provide accurate information.<br><strong>2.2.<\/strong> The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.<br><strong>2.3.<\/strong> All actions performed using the account are considered actions of the user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>False Identification and KYC Violations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Providing false personal data, using fake or stolen documents, as well as fictitious registration of legal entities are considered fraudulent actions. In such cases, the information may be submitted to competent law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable law, and the account may be fully blocked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Service Provision Terms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.1.<\/strong> Services are provided \"as is\", without any warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.<br><strong>3.2.<\/strong> The Company reserves the right to carry out technical work that may temporarily restrict access to services.<br><strong>3.3.<\/strong> The Company is not responsible for failures caused by third-party actions, force majeure circumstances, or problems on the client\u2019s side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Payment and Billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.1.<\/strong> Services are provided on a prepayment basis.<br><strong>4.2.<\/strong> The user agrees to <strong>pay timely<\/strong> for the services according to the selected tariff.<br><strong>4.3<\/strong>. In case of late payment, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services.<br><strong>4.4.<\/strong> All payments are considered final unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"refund\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Returns and Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5.1.<\/strong> Refunds are only possible for <strong>services <a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/hosting\/\" title=\"\">hosting<\/a><\/strong> or <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/vps\/\" title=\"\">VPS (Virtual Private Servers)<\/a><\/strong>. Provided that the service does not match the stated characteristics. Refunds for other services are not provided.<br><strong>5.2.<\/strong> The refund processing time is <strong>up to 14 working days<\/strong>.<br><strong>5.3.<\/strong> Refunds are made to the client's account or to the payment system at the Company's discretion. There is also the option to transfer funds to another user. The minimum amount for withdrawal is $10.<br><strong>5.4.<\/strong> The refund amount will be subject to the payment system fee (min. $5, gas fee in the USDT TRC20 network).<br><strong>5.5.<\/strong> In cases where the client's actions have directly or indirectly led the Company to incur losses, the costs will be deducted from the refund amount.<br><strong>5.6.<\/strong> Refunds are processed upon request through the <a href=\"https:\/\/billing.prohoster.info\/submitticket.php?step=2&amp;deptid=1&amp;language=english\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"\"><strong>ticket system<\/strong><\/a>.<br><strong>5.7.<\/strong> Users who violate one or more of the rules are deprived of the ability to request a refund.<br><strong>5.8.<\/strong> In the event that you submit a complaint or dispute regarding a payment directly through the payment system, the Company reserves the right to suspend the provision of all services without the obligation to refund the paid amounts. To prevent such situations and resolve issues promptly, we recommend contacting our support team first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Prohibited Activities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users are prohibited from using the services <strong>ProHoster<\/strong> for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6.1.<\/strong> It is prohibited to host pornographic content, calls for the overthrow of power, disruption of public order, hack\/crack resources, carding, botnets, phishing, viruses, fraud, brute forcing, scanning, DMCA violations, drugs (powder mixtures, etc.) on the servers.<br><strong>6.2.<\/strong> Email spam is strictly prohibited in any form, including the use of PMTA.<br><strong>6.3.<\/strong> Activities that may lead to IP blacklisting (SpamHaus, SpamCop, StopForumSpam, antivirus databases, and other blacklists).<br><strong>6.4.<\/strong> Client is prohibited from placing information on their virtual web server that contradicts international law.<br><strong>6.5.<\/strong> It is prohibited to take actions that directly or indirectly create a threat to a specific person or group of people.<br><strong>6.6.<\/strong> It is prohibited to store, use, or distribute viruses, malware, and any related software.<br><strong>6.7.<\/strong> Increased load on the network or servers may lead to server blockage.<br><strong>6.8.<\/strong> Any actions that violate the laws of the country where the corresponding services are located are prohibited.<br><strong>6.9.<\/strong> ProHoster has the right to block or restrict access to a website if the software of that resource may lead to or causes disruptions in the functionality of the hardware and software complex, which may result in system malfunctions.<br><strong>6.10.<\/strong> The client bears full responsibility for the information stored on the rented servers of the company.<br><strong>6.11.<\/strong> The client is required to respond to any complaints promptly. Otherwise, the provision of services will be suspended, and all client information will be deleted. ProHoster reserves the right to cancel the provision of the service for which a complaint has been received without a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For VPS only (Prohibited)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list no_marker disc\">\n<li>Cryptocurrency mining and anything related to node installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launching game servers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Port 25 is blocked on basic VPS services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xray is not available on OVZ virtualization (can only be run on KVM). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">SSL<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Issuance of SSL certificates from such certification authorities as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sectigo.com\/knowledge-base\/detail\/Banned-Country-List-1527076085907\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">Sectigo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/knowledge.digicert.com\/solution\/embargoed-countries-and-regions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">DigiCert<\/a>, is prohibited for countries: BLR, CUB, IRN, PRK, RUS, SYR, VEN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company may immediately block the service without warning upon detection of violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to report cases of abuse or illegal content on our infrastructure, please use the designated <a href=\"https:\/\/billing.prohoster.info\/submitticket.php?step=2&amp;deptid=1&amp;language=english\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"\">abuse reporting form<\/a> <strong>(Abuse Department)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. User Content and Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7.1.<\/strong> The user bears <strong>full responsibility<\/strong> for the content posted.<br><strong>7.2.<\/strong> The company does not control the content of user data and is not responsible for its loss.<br><strong>7.3.<\/strong> The user is required to independently ensure the backup of their data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.1.<\/strong> The company is not responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">     <strong>8.1.1.<\/strong> lost profits;<br>     <strong>8.1.2.<\/strong> loss of data;<br>     <strong>8.1.3.<\/strong> indirect or incidental damages;<br>     <strong>8.1.4.<\/strong> suspension of illegal services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8.2.<\/strong> Overall <strong>liability of the company<\/strong> cannot exceed the amount paid by the user for the last billing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Termination of Service<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9.1.<\/strong> The company reserves the right to refuse service to a client in cases of inappropriate and offensive behavior that undermines the honor and dignity of company employees.<br><strong>9.2.<\/strong> The company reserves the right to terminate services (at its discretion) in the event of the client's violation of one or more points of these rules.<br><strong>9.3.<\/strong> The company reserves the right to prohibit the publication of materials that are not acceptable according to universal principles of humanism.<br><strong>9.4.<\/strong> The service reserves the right to unilaterally and without explanation terminate service to the user without the possibility of restoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Personal Data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10.1.<\/strong> The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/en\/kompaniya\/privacy-policy\/\" title=\"\">the Privacy Policy<\/a><\/strong>.<br><strong>10.2.<\/strong> By using the services, the user agrees to the processing of their data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company is exempt from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: natural disasters, network failures, actions of government bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12.1.<\/strong> This Agreement is governed by applicable law.<br><strong>12.2.<\/strong> All disputes are subject to resolution through negotiation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13.
