The release of the backup tool nxs-backup 3.11.0 has been published, allowing the creation of backups, performing their rotation, and storing them on local or external storage. In addition to file backups, it supports the creation of backups for various DBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. The project code is distributed under the Apache 2.0 license. <\/p>\n

Backups can be stored both locally and in remote storage (S3, FTP, SSH, SMB, NFS, WebDAV), using various libraries to work with them. Through monitoring integration, it is possible to obtain metrics in Prometheus format, such as: the size of the backup file, the accuracy of the backup collection, and the time of backup collection. Backups can be scheduled not only for a specified period but also while maintaining a specific number of backups. <\/p>\n
