For the Android platform, releases are also available for direct download in APK format. The project code is distributed under the Apache 2.0 license.    <\/p>\n<p>The fork is developed in accordance with the principles of openness, transparency, and collaboration. The project is focused on conducting only non-commercial activities, accountability to the community, and serving the interests of the community. Key principles of the application\u2019s development include: emphasis on offline functionality, commitment to privacy (operating without personal identification and data collection), efficient energy consumption, compact size, and being free of charge with no ads.   <\/p>\n<p>Major changes in CoMaps 2025.06.30-22:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> The automatic backup feature for bookmarks and tracks has been added for Android.\n<li class=\"l\"> Contour lines at 100m intervals have been added for all regions where such lines were previously absent.\n<li class=\"l\"> OpenStreetMap mapping data has been updated to the state as of June 22.\n<li class=\"l\"> Icons for bus stops, tram stops, train stations, and subway stations have been updated.    <\/ul>\n<p>        <center><img decoding=\"async\"
