Publisher Kalypso Media and developers from the German Gaming Minds Studios informed<\/a> have announced the release of the first gameplay trailer for their political city-building strategy, Tropico 7.<\/p>\n

Players will once again take on the role of the familiar El Presidente from previous installments, leading the island nation of Tropico to prosperity by any means necessary.<\/p>\n

The debut gameplay trailer for Tropico 7 ( VK<\/a> the video is available in Russian) lasts just over 45 seconds and gives viewers a glimpse into what it\u2019s like to manage a paradise island.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\r\n <\/div><\/center><\/center>The trailer showcases bustling streets, presidential ambitions ready to move mountains, and the loyalty of citizens directed towards the right path: \u201cSome study history, while others make it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cEl Presidente doesn\u2019t just manage; he stylishly orchestrates chaos. Every street and every building serves a specific purpose, and every citizen is part of the grand vision of a brilliant leader,\u201d the press release states.<\/p>\n

The game promises the largest islands in the series history, five new campaign maps (and 20 for sandbox mode), 10 scenarios, a broad range of political and creative possibilities, and a new terraforming system.<\/p>\n

Tropico 7 is set to be released in 2026 on PC (Steam<\/a>, Epic Games Store<\/a>, Microsoft Store<\/a>), PS5, Xbox Series X and S, and will also be available in the Game Pass subscription (Ultimate, PC). Russian text localization is planned.<\/p>\n
