Idea<\/h2>\n

\nIn 2017, our team at CARKA began developing a tool for monitoring the entire cyberspace in the national domain zone .KZ, which included about 140,000 websites. <\/p>\n

The task was challenging: it was necessary to quickly check each site for signs of hacking and viruses and to present the status dashboard of the entire Kaznet in a convenient format.<\/p>\n

\nWe provide our solution to all website owners for free. We generate revenue from solutions for corporate clients who need to monitor a large number of resources (CERT, hosting providers, etc.), and from additional services for website owners (load testing, audits, outsourcing, and help with virus removal, etc.).<\/p>\n

The WebTotem product<\/h2>\n

\nOver the course of 2 years, our system has grown into a full-fledged platform with 9 modules that are interesting to the average website owner.<\/p>\n

You simply register in the system and add your website for monitoring. If you want to install protection modules, you can download a script for your website (Currently, scripts for PHP websites are available in the personal account, and a module for nginx is in the testing phase)<\/p>\n

Availability monitoring over a day\/week\/month;
\n Checking the installed SSL certificate for validity and expiration date;
\n Gathering information about the platform on which the website operates (CMS, server OS version, etc.);
\n Checking for defacement on the website;
\n Checking the site against reputation databases (VirusTotal, Spamhaus, etc.)
\n Gathering information about the domain and the expiration date of its registration;
\n Open port scanner;<\/p>\n

Antivirus \u2014 Searching for hacker shells and backdoors on the website
