The AMD Ryzen 3000 family of processors appeared on the market the day before yesterday, and initial tests showed that they perform quite well. The essence of the matter is that the latest version of systemd has significant changes that seem to not work with RdRand. Older versions function properly, such as on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Currently, the issue is observed on Arch Linux and Clear Linux, and possibly on other distributions.<\/p>\n
