In March, the developers from the Russian studio Battlestate Games presented the first episode of the live-action series \"Raid\", inspired by the multiplayer shooter Escape from Tarkov. This video turned out to be quite popular \u2013 so far, nearly 900,000 people have watched it on YouTube. The video tells the story of several armed groups and reveals the backstory of some characters. In the adaptation by director Anton Rosenberg, viewers are shown the game\u2019s world and the armed conflict that has engulfed the Norvinsk region, a special economic zone on the border of Russia and Europe. The main opposing forces here are two private military companies \u2013 USEC and BEAR, engaging in fierce battles, including with the remaining factions in the city \u2013 the Scavs. The main character is in the occupied city of Tarkov, where exits are blocked by UN peacekeepers and Russian troops.<\/p>\n

Remember, Escape from Tarkov is a realistic narrative multiplayer online game that combines elements of the FPS\/TPS genres, combat simulator, and RPG with MMO elements. According to the storyline, the streets of Tarkov are relentlessly filled with battles that have caused widespread panic among the population and packed the main escape routes with refugees. Some chose to stay behind, wanting to take advantage of the chaos and forming gangs. Tarkov has gradually been divided by invisible lines into zones of influence of various factions: it is a war of all against all, making it now difficult to escape from the former megacity.<\/p>\n
