Google Corporation began<\/a><\/noindex> is rolling out the final sixth beta version of the Android 10 Q operating system. It is currently only available for Google Pixel devices. The new build installs quite quickly on those smartphones that already have the previous version.<\/p>\n

There aren\u2019t many changes, as the codebase is already frozen and the OS developers are focused on bug fixes. For users, this build has improved the navigation system based on gesture control. Specifically, the sensitivity level for the 'Back' gesture can now be adjusted. The developers also received the final API 29 SDK with all the necessary tools, so they can start creating applications for Android Q. It is noted that installation can be performed either 'over-the-air' or manually by downloading the latest version from the 'search giant's' official website. <\/p>\n

Overall functionality hasn't changed. There is the already traditional system-wide dark mode, which helps save energy on devices with OLED displays. Improved notifications and some other enhancements are also present. Additionally, developers have refined several aspects of system security. However, the effectiveness of these improvements will only be assessed after the final version is released.<\/p>\n

It is expected that the beta version will become available on other devices besides Pixel in the coming days. The stable final build of Android 10 is anticipated by the end of August.<\/p>\n
