Despite having build scripts for Linux and MacOS, there is no official support for these systems. If you want to build it yourself, an old <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/serge-rgb\/milton\/issues\/20\">discussion on GitHub<\/a>is known so far, only cases of successful builds of previous versions.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><noindex><\/p>\n<p>Developers <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/serge-rgb\/milton#what-milton-is-not\">warn<\/a>: \"Milton is not an image editor or a raster graphics editor. It is a program that allows you to create drawings, sketches, and paintings.\" Typically, vector representation implies the transformation of graphic primitives. In operation, Milton resembles raster analogs more: layers are supported, you can draw using brushes and lines, and there is blurring. However, due to the use of vector format, almost infinite detail in images is possible. The application utilizes the HSV color scheme, rooted in classic color theories. The drawing process in Milton can be <a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=g27gHio2Ohk\">watched on YouTube<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>Milton saves every change and supports an infinite number of undos and redos. Export to JPEG and PNG is available.
