The community mailing lists have just announced the public availability of<\/a> the first builds for affordable single-board computers Raspberry<\/a> Pi 4 based on the open-source software repository<\/a> Sisyphus.<\/a> The prefix regular<\/a>in the build name means that it will now be produced regularly based on the current state of the repository. In fact, prototypes have been showcased recently at the OSSDEVCON-2019<\/i><\/a> conference in Kaluga. The author had the opportunity to personally verify that the desktop performance on the RPi4 is already rated as \"sufficiently comfortable.\" Moreover, it was pleasantly surprising that the single-board computer did not overheat without active cooling or even heat sinks \u2014 the chips felt warm but not hot.
