Microsoft Corporation released<\/a><\/noindex> the early version of Windows 10 November 2019 Update with build number 18362.10024. It is available to insiders in the Slow Ring and includes all fixes, including KB4517389, as well as functional updates. These failures have already been acknowledged in Redmond, and they stated that fixes will be released by the end of the month.
