This setting will enable creators of embedded mobile browsers using the GeckoView-based engine to disable access to about:config by default if needed, while allowing users to restore access.<\/p>\n

The ability to disable access to about:config has added<\/a><\/noindex> is included in the codebase of Firefox release 71, scheduled for December 3. The issue is being considered disabling<\/a><\/noindex> to default about:config in some versions of the mobile browser Fenix (Firefox Preview), which continues to develop Firefox for Android.
