AWS Cloud Adoption Framework \u2013 Action Plan Overview<\/h3>\n

\nThe action plan is a key part of the AWS Cloud Adoption Framework (AWS CAF)<\/a><\/noindex>. The process of developing the action plan helps to identify tasks and issues arising from the implementation of cloud technologies. Once created, the action plan will provide your organization with proactive solutions and help avoid pitfalls when transitioning to a cloud infrastructure. <\/p>\n

AWS Cloud Adoption Framework and its Aspects<\/h3>\n

\nSuccessful transitions to cloud infrastructure determine which organizational skills need to be enhanced and which need to be learned. The AWS CAF supports and guides your organization in creating an effective cloud technology implementation plan to address existing gaps. It contains recommendations on six key aspects common to organizations: business component, people, governance, platform, security, and operations. Each aspect is organized with specific audiences and roles in mind:<\/p>\n

Common Roles in the Business Aspect<\/i>: business managers, financial managers, budget holders, strategic stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Common Roles in the People Aspect<\/i>: HR management, service personnel managers, HR managers.<\/p>\n

Common Roles in the Governance Aspect<\/i>: managing director, department heads, project managers, systems architects, business analysts, investment managers.<\/p>\n

Common Roles in the Platform Aspect<\/i>: Chief Technology Officer, IT managers, solution architects.<\/p>\n
