Available<\/a><\/noindex> distribution release Q4OS 3.10<\/a><\/noindex>, based on the Debian package base and distributed with KDE Plasma 5 desktop environments and Trinity<\/a><\/noindex>. The distribution is positioned as resource-friendly and offers a classic desktop layout. The size is of the boot image<\/a><\/noindex> 679 MB (x86_64, i386). <\/p>\n

The package includes several proprietary applications, including 'Desktop Profiler' for quick installation of theme software bundles, 'Setup Utility' for installing third-party applications, and 'Welcome Screen' to simplify the initial setup, as well as scripts for installing alternative environments LXQT, Xfce, and LXDE.<\/p>\n

In new release<\/a><\/noindex> The package base has been synchronized with Debian 10.2, and work has been done to ensure the independence of the Plasma and Trinity desktops (the Q4OS Plasma environment is no longer tied to Trinity components), which has significantly reduced the size of the installation media with the Plasma desktop.
