Lomiri is positioned as a universal user environment suitable for use on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and PCs. The environment uses the Qt5 library and the Mir display server, which acts as a compositing server based on Wayland. Combined with the mobile environment UBports (Ubuntu Touch), the Lomiri desktop enables the Convergence mode, offering an adaptive environment for mobile devices that provides a full desktop experience when connected to a monitor, turning a smartphone or tablet into a portable workstation.<\/p>\n
