Of course, public services should maintain IPv4 addresses during the transition.<\/p>\n<p><noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" name=\"habracut\"><\/a><\/noindex><\/p>\n<p>The guidance also requires that by 2023 all new systems coming online must support IPv6. Additionally,<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 20% of network-connected resources must be IPv6-only by the end of 2023<\/li>\n<li>At least 50% of network-connected resources must be IPv6-only by the end of 2024<\/li>\n<li>At least 80% of network-connected resources must be IPv6-only by the end of 2025<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>This seems to be quite an aggressive plan, and it will put considerable pressure on the industry.
