The infamous update KB4535996, released in February, has brought new issues. This time, users reports<\/a><\/noindex> are reporting spontaneous wake-ups of their computers from sleep mode.<\/p>\n

Users claim that the problem occurs on the Surface Laptop 2 and some other laptops, as well as PCs, even when the lid is closed. In different instances, reports mention waking up after a few minutes or hours.<\/p>\n

Device owners blame KB4535996, as well as patch KB4537572. It is reported that the issue occurs on Windows 10 Home version 1909. There is currently no information about earlier versions and other editions.<\/p>\n
