Introduced<\/a><\/noindex> release of a Linux distribution Zorin OS 15.2<\/a><\/noindex>, based on the Ubuntu package base 18.04.4<\/a><\/noindex>. The target audience for the distribution is beginner users accustomed to working in Windows. To manage the appearance, the distribution offers a special configurator that allows users to give their desktop the look typical of different versions of Windows. It includes a selection of applications similar to those users are familiar with in Windows. The size of the bootable ISO image<\/a><\/noindex> is 2.3 GB (there are two versions available \u2014 the regular based on GNOME and the 'Lite' version with Xfce).<\/p>\n

The new version features a transition to the Linux 5.3 kernel with support for new hardware. Graphics drivers have been updated to include support for AMD Navi GPUs (Radeon RX 5700) and 10th generation Intel GPUs. Support for keyboards and touchpads used on new MacBook and MacBook Pro models has been added. Versions of user applications have been updated, including new releases of GIMP and LibreOffice.<\/p>\n
