ION LANDS' head Marco Dieckmann has published the first gameplay footage of the first-person mode in the cyberpunk adventure. Cloudpunk<\/a><\/noindex>.<\/p>\n

\"Cloudpunk<\/p>\n

The ability to switch cameras in Cloudpunk is currently in testing. To try out the feature, you'll need to switch to the game's beta version via its properties in the Steam library.<\/p>\n

The transition from third to first person is completely seamless<\/a><\/noindex> and happens on the fly. According to Dieckmann, despite the modesty of the new feature, this mode makes Cloudpunk is perceived<\/a><\/noindex> like a completely «new game».<\/p>\n

«We had to make adjustments to the scale of the interface, input features, and so on, but the level design remained unchanged for both cameras. The first-person view will be released soon, but it's unknown if the mode will appear on consoles. Dieckmann himself would be glad to see it,<\/a><\/noindex>but the porting of Cloudpunk to new platforms is handled by a different team.<\/p>\n

It is worth noting that Cloudpunk is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch by the end of this year. For now, the game is exclusively available on Steam, where it has recently April 23<\/a><\/noindex>.<\/p>\n

The events of Cloudpunk unfold in an eternally dark cyberpunk metropolis, Nivalis. The project allows you to take on the role of Rania — a driver for the semi-legal delivery company Cloudpunk Inc.<\/p>\n
