The developers from the Ukrainian division of GlobalLogic are advancing the project GloDroid<\/a><\/noindex> with the mobile platform edition Android 10<\/a><\/noindex> from the repository AOSP<\/a><\/noindex> (Android Open Source Project) for platforms based on Allwinner processors supported by the project SUNXI<\/a><\/noindex>, as well as for Broadcom platforms. Supported<\/a><\/noindex> installation on Pinephone smartphones, Pinetab tablets, Orange Pi Plus 2, Orange Pi Prime, Orange Pi PC\/PC 2, Orange Pi 3, Orange Pi WIN, and Raspberry Pi 4B. <\/p>\n

The project strives to adhere as closely as possible to the original version of Android available in the AOSP repository, delivers the latest version of Android, and uses only open drivers, including drivers for GPU and VPU. There are currently no ready-made builds available; users are offered based on the suggestions provided. guides and scripts<\/a><\/noindex> to create the boot environment independently based on the Android 10.0 rev39 code, Linux kernel 5.3, u-boot 2019.10, and Mesa drivers.<\/p>\n

Previously, builds for Allwinner H3 and H2+ boards were already gathered from the project H3Droid<\/a><\/noindex>, but they were based on an outdated branch of Android 4.4, incompatible with many modern Android applications, and had not been updated for over a year.<\/p>\n
