The Parrot 4.11 distribution is now available, based on the Debian Testing package base and including a suite of tools for system security assessment, forensic analysis, and reverse engineering. Several ISO images are offered for download: one for the MATE environment (full 4.3 GB and slim 1.9 GB), one for KDE desktop (2 GB), and one for Xfce desktop (1.7 GB). <\/p>\n
The Parrot distribution is positioned as a portable laboratory for security experts and forensic analysts, focusing on tools for testing cloud systems and Internet of Things devices. It also includes cryptographic tools and programs for secure internet access, including TOR, I2P, anonsurf, gpg, tccf, zulucrypt, veracrypt, truecrypt, and luks. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
