La empresa Grafana Labs, que desarrolla la plataforma de visualizaci\u00f3n de datos Grafana y el sistema de monitoreo Prometheus, ha anunciado la liberaci\u00f3n del c\u00f3digo fuente del sistema de respuesta a incidentes OnCall, dise\u00f1ado para facilitar la colaboraci\u00f3n entre equipos en la resoluci\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis de incidentes. OnCall se ofrec\u00eda anteriormente como un producto propietario y fue adquirido por Grafana durante la adquisici\u00f3n de la empresa Amixr Inc. el a\u00f1o pasado. El c\u00f3digo del proyecto est\u00e1 escrito en Python y se libera bajo la licencia AGPLv3. <\/p>\n

El sistema permite recopilar informaci\u00f3n sobre anomal\u00edas y eventos de diferentes sistemas de monitoreo, agrupando autom\u00e1ticamente los datos, enviando notificaciones a los grupos responsables y rastreando el estado de la resoluci\u00f3n de problemas. Se incluye integraci\u00f3n con los sistemas de monitoreo Grafana, Prometheus, AlertManager y Zabbix. De la informaci\u00f3n obtenida de los sistemas de monitoreo, se filtran los eventos secundarias y poco significativos, se agregan duplicados y se excluyen problemas que pueden resolverse sin intervenci\u00f3n humana. <\/p>\n

Los eventos significativos, depurados del ruido informativo innecesario, llegan al subsistema de env\u00edo de notificaciones, que asigna a los empleados responsables de resolver las categor\u00edas de problemas detectadas y env\u00eda notificaciones teniendo en cuenta su horario laboral y nivel de ocupaci\u00f3n (se eval\u00faan datos del calendario-planificador). Se apoya la rotaci\u00f3n de la asignaci\u00f3n de incidentes entre diferentes empleados y la escalaci\u00f3n de problemas especialmente importantes o no resueltos a otros miembros del equipo o empleados de niveles m\u00e1s altos.

Dependiendo de la gravedad del incidente, las notificaciones pueden enviarse a trav\u00e9s de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas, SMS, correo electr\u00f3nico, la creaci\u00f3n de eventos en el calendario-planificador, y mensajeros como Slack y Telegram. En Slack, se pueden crear autom\u00e1ticamente canales para discutir cuestiones relacionadas con la resoluci\u00f3n del incidente, a los cuales se conectan autom\u00e1ticamente tanto empleados individuales como equipos completos. <\/p>\n

El sistema ofrece flexibles opciones de expansi\u00f3n y configuraci\u00f3n (por ejemplo, se puede personalizar la agrupaci\u00f3n y el enrutamiento de eventos seg\u00fan las preferencias, as\u00ed como definir reglas y canales de entrega de notificaciones).
