Las nuevas reglas proh\u00edben el uso de VpnService para filtrar el tr\u00e1fico de otras aplicaciones con el fin de monetizar, recopilar de manera oculta datos personales y confidenciales, y cualquier manipulaci\u00f3n publicitaria que pueda afectar la monetizaci\u00f3n de otras aplicaciones.       <\/p>\n<p>Los servicios tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1n obligados a aplicar cifrado para el tr\u00e1fico encautado y a cumplir con los requisitos de las normas para desarrolladores relacionadas con el fraude publicitario, la solicitud de permisos y la actividad maliciosa. Las aplicaciones pueden crear t\u00faneles a servidores externos solo si declaran expl\u00edcitamente que cumplen funciones, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/es\/vpn\/\"   title=\"VPN\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"223\">VPN<\/a>, y \u00fanicamente mediante la API VPNService. Se han hecho excepciones para el acceso a servidores externos en aplicaciones donde dicho acceso forma parte de la funcionalidad principal, como programas de control parental, cortafuegos, antivirus, aplicaciones de gesti\u00f3n m\u00f3vil, herramientas de red, sistemas de acceso remoto, navegadores web, sistemas de telefon\u00eda, etc.      <\/p>\n<p>Los cambios entrar\u00e1n en vigor el 1 de noviembre de 2022. Entre los objetivos del cambio de reglas se menciona la mejora de la calidad de la publicidad en la plataforma, un aumento en la seguridad y la lucha contra la desinformaci\u00f3n. Se espera que las nuevas reglas protejan a los usuarios de aplicaciones VPN dudosas que rastrean los datos del usuario y redirigen tr\u00e1fico para manipular la publicidad.    <\/p>\n<p>Este cambio tambi\u00e9n afectar\u00e1 a aplicaciones leg\u00edtimas, como las aplicaciones VPN con funciones de privacidad que utilizan la funcionalidad mencionada para eliminar publicidad y bloquear las solicitudes a servicios externos que rastrean la actividad de los usuarios. La prohibici\u00f3n de manipular el tr\u00e1fico publicitario en el dispositivo tambi\u00e9n podr\u00eda tener un impacto negativo en las aplicaciones que buscan eludir las restricciones de monetizaci\u00f3n, como aquellas que redirigen solicitudes publicitarias a trav\u00e9s de <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/es\/server\/\"   title=\"servidores\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"1942\">servidores<\/a> en otros pa\u00edses.      <\/p>\n<p>Como ejemplos de aplicaciones cuya funcionalidad se ver\u00e1 afectada, se mencionan Blokada v5, Jumbo y Duck Duck Go. Los desarrolladores de Blokada ya han eludido la nueva restricci\u00f3n en la rama v6, al trasladar el filtrado del tr\u00e1fico de los dispositivos de los usuarios a servidores externos, lo cual no est\u00e1 prohibido por las nuevas reglas.       <\/p>\n<p>Entre otros cambios en las reglas, se menciona la prohibici\u00f3n que entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 30 de septiembre sobre la publicidad a pantalla completa, si dicha publicidad no se puede cerrar en 15 segundos o si aparece de forma inesperada al intentar realizar alguna acci\u00f3n en la aplicaci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, se proh\u00edbe la publicidad a pantalla completa que se muestra como una pantalla de presentaci\u00f3n al iniciar o durante el juego, incluyendo al pasar a un nuevo nivel.    <\/p>\n<p>A partir de ma\u00f1ana tambi\u00e9n entrar\u00e1 en vigor la prohibici\u00f3n de publicar aplicaciones que confundan a los usuarios haci\u00e9ndose pasar por otro desarrollador, empresa u otra aplicaci\u00f3n. La prohibici\u00f3n abarca el uso de logotipos de otras empresas y aplicaciones en los \u00edconos, la menci\u00f3n de nombres de otras compa\u00f1\u00edas en el nombre del desarrollador (por ejemplo, publicar en nombre de \u00abDesarrollador de Google\u00bb por una persona no relacionada con Google), afirmaciones falsas sobre la pertenencia a un producto o servicio, as\u00ed como infracciones relacionadas con el uso de marcas registradas.    <\/p>\n<p>A partir de hoy, entra en vigor la exigencia que obliga a las aplicaciones con suscripci\u00f3n paga a proporcionar a los usuarios medios visibles para gestionar su suscripci\u00f3n y cancelarla.
