La empresa Sysdig, que desarrolla la herramienta de c\u00f3digo abierto del mismo nombre para el an\u00e1lisis del rendimiento del sistema, ha publicado los resultados de un estudio sobre m\u00e1s de 250,000 im\u00e1genes de contenedores Linux alojadas en el directorio Docker Hub, sin se\u00f1ales de ser im\u00e1genes verificadas u oficiales. Como resultado, 1,652 im\u00e1genes fueron clasificadas como maliciosas. <\/p>\n

En 608 im\u00e1genes se identificaron componentes para la miner\u00eda de criptomonedas, en 288 se dejaron tokens de acceso (en 155 claves SSH, en 146 tokens de AWS, en 134 tokens de GitHub, en 24 tokens de la API de NPM), en 266 hab\u00eda medios para evadir cortafuegos a trav\u00e9s de proxies, en 134 figuraban dominios registrados recientemente, en 129 hab\u00eda solicitudes a sitios considerados maliciosos.

Algunas im\u00e1genes con mineros de criptomonedas para atraer usuarios utilizaron nombres que inclu\u00edan los t\u00edtulos de proyectos de c\u00f3digo abierto conocidos, como ubuntu, golang, joomla, liferay y drupal, o aplicando el m\u00e9todo de typosquatting (asignaci\u00f3n de nombres similares que difieren en algunos caracteres). Entre las im\u00e1genes maliciosas m\u00e1s populares se destacan vibersastra\/ubuntu y vibersastra\/golang, que fueron descargadas m\u00e1s de 10,000 y 6,900 veces, respectivamente.
