Las plataformas compatibles incluyen: GNU\/Linux, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD, Solaris, Android, macOS, Win32 y z\/OS. La biblioteca se distribuye bajo la licencia LGPL 2.1+. En su versi\u00f3n compilada, la biblioteca ocupa aproximadamente 32 KB.    <\/p>\n<p>La biblioteca admite el protocolo HTTP 1.1, TLS, el procesamiento incremental de solicitudes POST, autenticaci\u00f3n b\u00e1sica y digest, IPv6, SHOUTcast, diversos m\u00e9todos de multiplexi\u00f3n de conexiones (select, poll, epoll) y modelos de multihilo (por ejemplo, se puede usar un grupo de hilos o un hilo por conexi\u00f3n). Para reducir la sobrecarga que surge al cambiar entre el n\u00facleo y el espacio de usuario, el n\u00famero de llamadas al sistema durante el funcionamiento se ha minimizado.      <\/p>\n<p>Los cambios m\u00e1s notables:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> En la API se ha introducido una nueva funci\u00f3n MHD_get_version_bin() para obtener informaci\u00f3n sobre la versi\u00f3n de la biblioteca en un formato empaquetado (por ejemplo, 0x00097701).\n<li class=\"l\"> La forma recomendada en el RFC incluye los identificadores de los algoritmos utilizados para la autenticaci\u00f3n digest (\"MD5\" \/ \"SHA-256\" en lugar de \"md5\" \/ \"sha-256\").\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha reescrito el c\u00f3digo de decodificaci\u00f3n de bloques en formato Base64, mejorando la verificaci\u00f3n de la validez de los datos de entrada en formato Base64.\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha mejorado la configuraci\u00f3n de la compilaci\u00f3n cruzada, aumentando la compatibilidad con POSIX y nuevas versiones de compiladores.\n<li class=\"l\"> Se han a\u00f1adido pruebas internas para verificar la decodificaci\u00f3n de Base64, Basic Auth y encabezados HTTP largos comprimidos.\n<li class=\"l\"> Las pruebas han utilizado la API actualizada de la biblioteca libcurl para ocultar advertencias sobre el uso de llamadas obsoletas.\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha a\u00f1adido la posibilidad de utilizar compiladores VC (Visual C) al compilar para sistemas ARM y ARM64.\n<li class=\"l\"> Cualquier valor negativo devuelto por una llamada de callback ahora se considera un error (anteriormente, valores negativos, excepto c\u00f3digos de error predefinidos, pod\u00edan llevar a un comportamiento indefinido).\n<li class=\"l\"> Se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 el manejo del macro de preprocesador \"DEBUG\" (el manejador es
