El objetivo de esta iniciativa es reducir los costos operativos de los grandes productores de software, crear un espacio de licencias unificado y simplificar el acuerdo de adhesi\u00f3n para los usuarios finales.<\/p>\n<p>El primer software licenciado bajo estas nuevas condiciones fue el c\u00f3digo fuente de Berkley UNIX, que anteriormente pertenec\u00eda a SCO Unix, lo que puso fin a una
