Se ha a\u00f1adido un p\u00e1rrafo a los t\u00e9rminos de uso del servicio de GitHub que proh\u00edbe la publicaci\u00f3n de proyectos que permitan sintetizar y manipular contenido multimedia para crear im\u00e1genes \u00edntimas sin consentimiento (NCII) y contenido destinado a enga\u00f1ar o desinformar. La prohibici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n se extiende a proyectos que fomentan, promocionan y apoyan sistemas similares. <\/p>\n

Se menciona como raz\u00f3n para la introducci\u00f3n de la prohibici\u00f3n los intentos de utilizar sistemas de inteligencia artificial capaces de generar im\u00e1genes, sonido y video realistas, no solo para la creatividad, sino tambi\u00e9n para abusos, como la creaci\u00f3n de deepfakes y la organizaci\u00f3n de llamadas spam. Los representantes de GitHub tienen la intenci\u00f3n de ser comprensivos con proyectos de doble uso, que no est\u00e9n destinados directamente a abusos y que no aprueben el uso malicioso, pero que potencialmente puedan ser utilizados por delincuentes en sus actividades.
