Se presenta el lanzamiento de la ligera distribuci\u00f3n de Linux ArchBang 1001, basada en los desarrollos de Arch Linux y que ofrece una interfaz de usuario construida sobre el gestor de composiciones Labwc. La distribuci\u00f3n ofrece un ciclo continuo de lanzamientos de actualizaciones, permitiendo trabajar siempre con las versiones m\u00e1s recientes de los programas en los repositorios de Arch Linux. El tama\u00f1o de la imagen ISO es de 1.4 GB. <\/p>\n

En la nueva versi\u00f3n, se ha realizado la transici\u00f3n al gestor de composiciones Labwc, que utiliza el protocolo Wayland y es similar en capacidades al gestor de ventanas Openbox, el cual se utilizaba originalmente en ArchBang. El men\u00fa de aplicaciones dmenu ha sido reemplazado por wmenu, que es compatible con Wayland. Para ejecutar aplicaciones X11, se ha incluido XWayland.
