Este sistema operativo est\u00e1 basado en el c\u00f3digo de FreeBSD utilizando aportes del proyecto m0n0wall y el filtrado de paquetes pf. Para descargar la nueva versi\u00f3n, use el instalador.      <\/p>\n<p>La gesti\u00f3n del sistema operativo se realiza a trav\u00e9s de una interfaz web. Para permitir que los usuarios accedan a redes cableadas e inal\u00e1mbricas, se puede utilizar Captive Portal, NAT, <a class=\"wpil_keyword_link\" href=\"https:\/\/prohoster.info\/es\/vpn\/\"   title=\"VPN\" data-wpil-keyword-link=\"linked\">VPN<\/a> (IPsec, OpenVPN) y PPPoE. Se admite una amplia gama de opciones para limitar el ancho de banda, restringir el n\u00famero de conexiones simult\u00e1neas, filtrar el tr\u00e1fico y crear configuraciones de alta disponibilidad basadas en CARP. Las estad\u00edsticas de funcionamiento se muestran en gr\u00e1ficos o en forma tabular. Se admite la autenticaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de una base de datos local de usuarios, as\u00ed como mediante RADIUS y LDAP.       <\/p>\n<p>Principales cambios:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> Los componentes del sistema base se han actualizado a FreeBSD 16-CURRENT. Se han actualizado las versiones de software, como PHP 8.5, OpenSSL 3.5.7, OpenSSH 10.3p1, Kea 3.0.2, Unbound 1.24.2, strongSwan 6.0.3.\n<li class=\"l\"> El servidor SSH ahora permite el uso de algoritmos de cifrado post-cu\u00e1nticos y se ha deshabilitado el soporte para algoritmos criptogr\u00e1ficos obsoletos y poco confiables.\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha dejado de dar soporte a claves criptogr\u00e1ficas de menos de 2048 bits. Al detectar certificados no confiables o caducados durante la actualizaci\u00f3n, el sistema generar\u00e1 e instalar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente un nuevo certificado para acceder a la interfaz web.\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha a\u00f1adido una funci\u00f3n para la renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de certificados autofirmados o emitidos por la autoridad certificadora (CA) incorporada.\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha a\u00f1adido soporte experimental parcial para el nuevo modo de transmisi\u00f3n de direcciones \u00abPort Restricted Cone\u00bb, que implementa un mapeo din\u00e1mico entre el
