La Agencia Federal de Supervisi\u00f3n en el \u00c1mbito de las Telecomunicaciones, Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y Comunicaciones Masivas (Roskomnadzor) ha enviado a los propietarios de diez servicios VPN requerimientos sobre la necesidad de conectarse al Sistema Federal de Informaci\u00f3n Estatal (FGIS).<\/p>\n

De acuerdo con las leyes vigentes en Rusia, los servicios VPN (as\u00ed como los anonimizers y los operadores de motores de b\u00fasqueda) est\u00e1n obligados a restringir el acceso a recursos de internet prohibidos en nuestro pa\u00eds. Para ello, los propietarios de sistemas VPN deben conectarse al FGIS, que contiene una lista de sitios prohibidos. Sin embargo, no todos los servicios cumplen con estos requerimientos.<\/p>\n

Se informa que se han enviado notificaciones sobre la necesidad de conectarse al FGIS a NordVPN, Hide My Ass!, Hola VPN<\/a>, Openvpn, VyprVPN, ExpressVPN, TorGuard, IPVanish, Kaspersky Secure Connection y VPN Unlimited.<\/p>\n

\"Roskomnadzor<\/p>\n

Los proveedores de servicios VPN tienen 30 d\u00edas para cumplir con los requisitos. \u00abEn caso de detectar la violaci\u00f3n de las obligaciones legales, Roskomnadzor puede decidir restringir el acceso al servicio VPN\u00bb, se dice en el comunicado de la entidad rusa.<\/p>\n

En otras palabras, si los servicios mencionados no se conectan al FGIS dentro del plazo establecido, podr\u00edan ser bloqueados.<\/p>\n

Cabe agregar que actualmente est\u00e1n conectados al FGIS los operadores de los motores de b\u00fasqueda \u00abYandex\u00bb, \u00abSputnik\u00bb, Mail.ru y Rambler. Las exigencias de conexi\u00f3n a este sistema no han sido previamente dirigidas a los proveedores de servicios VPN y a los anonimizadores. <\/p>\n
