Una serie de publicaciones especializadas informa<\/a><\/noindex> sobre un nuevo m\u00e9todo de ataque de phishing dirigido a usuarios del navegador Chrome en dispositivos m\u00f3viles. El desarrollador James Fisher ha encontrado un exploit relativamente simple para el navegador web que puede enga\u00f1ar al usuario o hacer que sea redirigido forzosamente a una p\u00e1gina falsa. Y para ello, se necesita muy poco.<\/p>\n

La cuesti\u00f3n es que en la versi\u00f3n m\u00f3vil de Chrome, al desplazar la pantalla hacia abajo, la barra de direcciones se oculta. Sin embargo, un atacante puede crear una barra de direcciones falsa que no desaparecer\u00e1 hasta que el usuario visite otro sitio web. Y este puede ser falso o iniciar la descarga de c\u00f3digo malicioso. Tambi\u00e9n existe la posibilidad de sustituir la verdadera barra de direcciones al desplazar hacia arriba.<\/p>\n

El enfoque de Fisher est\u00e1 orientado a Chrome y, por ahora, es solo una prueba de concepto, pero te\u00f3ricamente podr\u00eda mostrar barras de direcciones falsas para varios navegadores e incluso elementos interactivos. En otras palabras, un grupo de hackers podr\u00eda crear un sitio falso bastante convincente que se parezca mucho al real.<\/p>\n

Cabe se\u00f1alar que la verdadera barra de direcciones se puede fijar para que no desaparezca durante el desplazamiento. Aunque no es una panacea, sin duda permitir\u00e1 saber si hubo un intento de falsificaci\u00f3n de la barra o no.<\/p>\n

Tampoco est\u00e1 claro cu\u00e1ndo se implementar\u00e1 la protecci\u00f3n correspondiente contra este tipo de falla. Lo m\u00e1s probable es que esto se realice en futuras versiones del navegador.<\/p>\n
