Durante el proceso de identificaci\u00f3n, el mensajero enviar\u00e1 una solicitud al operador de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil para verificar si el abonado est\u00e1 en la base de datos. El operador tendr\u00e1 20 minutos para proporcionar una respuesta.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de una identificaci\u00f3n exitosa (al recibir una respuesta positiva sobre la existencia del abonado en la base de datos), se registrar\u00e1 en la base de datos de los operadores m\u00f3viles la informaci\u00f3n sobre la aplicaci\u00f3n en la que est\u00e1 chateando el cliente. El mensajero tambi\u00e9n asignar\u00e1 un c\u00f3digo de identificaci\u00f3n \u00fanico al usuario.<\/p>\n<p>Si no se reciben datos en un plazo de 20 minutos o se recibe informaci\u00f3n sobre la ausencia del abonado en la base de datos, el mensajero deber\u00e1 impedir el env\u00edo de mensajes electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p>Si el usuario rescinde el contrato con el operador de telecomunicaciones, el mensajero debe ser notificado dentro de un d\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de esto, el mensajero deber\u00e1 realizar una nueva identificaci\u00f3n del usuario. Esto debe llevarse a cabo dentro de los 20 minutos posteriores a recibir la notificaci\u00f3n de rescisi\u00f3n del contrato.<\/p>\n<p>Los operadores m\u00f3viles rusos han informado que est\u00e1n listos para cumplir con los nuevos requisitos de las autoridades. Los representantes de Facebook (incluidos Facebook Messenger), WhatsApp, Instagram y Viber no respondieron a la consulta de los periodistas sobre si est\u00e1n dispuestos a cumplir con los nuevos
