Despu\u00e9s del lanzamiento de NET Core 3.0 este a\u00f1o, la empresa Microsoft lanzar\u00e1<\/a><\/noindex> la plataforma .NET 5, que ser\u00e1 una mejora significativa en el sistema de desarrollo en general. La principal novedad, en comparaci\u00f3n con .NET Framework 4.8, ser\u00e1 el soporte para Linux, macOS, iOS, Android, tvOS, watchOS y WebAssembly. La versi\u00f3n 4.8 seguir\u00e1 siendo la \u00faltima, y a partir de ese momento solo se desarrollar\u00e1 la familia Core.<\/p>\n

Se informa que el desarrollo estar\u00e1 centrado en Runtime, JIT, AOT, GC, BCL (Base Class Library), C#, VB.NET, F#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, ML.NET, WinForms, WPF y Xamarin. Esto permitir\u00e1 unificar la plataforma y ofrecer un marco de trabajo y runtime abierto para diversas tareas. Como resultado, se podr\u00e1n crear aplicaciones para diferentes plataformas sobre una base de c\u00f3digo com\u00fan con el mismo proceso de compilaci\u00f3n, independientemente del tipo de aplicaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n

Este enfoque acelerar\u00e1 el tiempo de arranque, optimizar\u00e1 el uso de RAM y la velocidad de entrada\/salida del sistema de archivos, as\u00ed como permitir\u00e1 el inicio directo de contenedores Docker.<\/p>\n
