En Windows detectada<\/a><\/noindex> una nueva serie de vulnerabilidades que permite el acceso al sistema. Un usuario con el seud\u00f3nimo SandBoxEscaper present\u00f3 exploits para tres fallas. La primera permite elevar los privilegios del usuario en el sistema utilizando el programador de tareas. Un usuario autorizado puede aumentar sus derechos a nivel de sistema.<\/p>\n

La segunda falla afecta al servicio de informes de errores de Windows. Esto permite a los atacantes utilizarlo para modificar archivos que normalmente no est\u00e1n disponibles. Finalmente, el tercer exploit aprovecha una vulnerabilidad en Internet Explorer 11. Con esto se puede ejecutar c\u00f3digo JavaScript con un nivel de privilegio m\u00e1s alto de lo habitual.<\/p>\n

Y aunque todos estos exploits requieren acceso directo a la PC, el mero hecho de que existan fallas es inquietante. Representan un peligro especial si el usuario se convierte en v\u00edctima de phishing u otros m\u00e9todos de fraude similares en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar que una verificaci\u00f3n independiente de los exploits mostr\u00f3 que funcionan en las versiones de 32 y 64 bits del sistema operativo. Recordemos que en marzo, Google inform\u00f3 que la vulnerabilidad relacionada con la elevaci\u00f3n de privilegios en versiones m\u00e1s antiguas de Windows se hab\u00eda explotado a trav\u00e9s del navegador Chrome.<\/p>\n

Microsoft a\u00fan no ha comentado sobre la informaci\u00f3n, por lo que no est\u00e1 claro cu\u00e1ndo se lanzar\u00e1 el parche. Se espera que una declaraci\u00f3n oficial de Redmond llegue en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas, por lo que solo queda esperar.<\/p>\n
