En la versi\u00f3n de Microsoft Edge Canary n\u00famero 77.0.222.0 se ha a\u00f1adido<\/a><\/noindex> una nueva funci\u00f3n para mejorar la privacidad en el navegador. Permite a los usuarios elegir qu\u00e9 datos eliminar despu\u00e9s de cerrar la aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Esto ser\u00e1 sin duda \u00fatil si el usuario trabaja en una computadora ajena o simplemente es lo suficientemente paranoico como para querer eliminar todas las huellas de su actividad. La nueva opci\u00f3n est\u00e1 disponible en la secci\u00f3n Configuraci\u00f3n -> Privacidad y servicios -> Borrar datos de navegaci\u00f3n. Permite eliminar el historial de p\u00e1ginas visitadas, descargas, cookies y otros datos, im\u00e1genes y archivos en cach\u00e9, contrase\u00f1as, datos de autocompletado de formularios, permisos de sitios y datos de aplicaciones publicadas. Adem\u00e1s del m\u00e9todo automatizado, todos estos datos tambi\u00e9n se pueden eliminar manualmente.<\/p>\n

Por ahora, estas novedades est\u00e1n disponibles solo en el canal Canary y \u00fanicamente para Windows 10, pero se espera que pronto lleguen al canal Dev. Actualmente, Microsoft Edge est\u00e1 en desarrollo, pero Microsoft est\u00e1 a\u00f1adiendo nuevas funciones y mejoras de manera bastante \u00e1gil. Y aunque a\u00fan no se ha anunciado oficialmente cu\u00e1ndo se lanzar\u00e1 la novedad, se presume<\/a><\/noindex>, se espera que esto ocurra en la primavera del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o como parte de la actualizaci\u00f3n de Windows 10 20H1, para reemplazar el navegador Edge existente por el nuevo.<\/p>\n
