En Chrome 80, programado para principios de 2020, <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1JUra5HnsbR_xmtQctkb2iVxRPuhPWhMB5M_zpbuGxTY\/edit\">se espera<\/a><\/noindex> se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la desactivaci\u00f3n gradual del soporte para FTP para los usuarios de la versi\u00f3n estable (se a\u00f1adir\u00e1 un flag DisableFTP para la reactivaci\u00f3n de FTP en implementaciones corporativas). En Chrome 82 se planea eliminar completamente el c\u00f3digo y los recursos utilizados para habilitar el cliente FTP.<\/p>\n<p>La reducci\u00f3n gradual del soporte para FTP comenz\u00f3 en Chrome 63, en el que<br \/>\n El acceso a los recursos a trav\u00e9s del protocolo FTP comenz\u00f3 a marcarse como una conexi\u00f3n no segura. En Chrome 72 se desactiv\u00f3 la visualizaci\u00f3n en la ventana del navegador del contenido de los recursos cargados a trav\u00e9s del protocolo 'ftp:\/\/', lo que significa que se dej\u00f3 de mostrar documentos HTML y archivos README, y se prohibi\u00f3 el uso de FTP al cargar subrecursos desde documentos.
