Aun as\u00ed, la distribuci\u00f3n seguir\u00e1 orientada a la comunidad y se desarrollar\u00e1 con su participaci\u00f3n \u2014 el proyecto continuar\u00e1 existiendo en su forma actual, manteniendo todas sus propiedades y procesos que exist\u00edan antes de la creaci\u00f3n de la empresa.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa permitir\u00e1 la contrataci\u00f3n de desarrolladores clave del proyecto, quienes ahora se dedicar\u00e1n al distribuidor no en su tiempo libre, sino a tiempo completo. Adem\u00e1s de acelerar el desarrollo del distribuidor, se mencionan como aspectos positivos de la creaci\u00f3n de la empresa una entrega m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de actualizaciones que solucionen vulnerabilidades y una mayor eficacia en la respuesta a las necesidades de los usuarios.  <\/p>\n<p>El financiamiento se organizar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades comerciales, cuyas \u00e1reas a\u00fan se est\u00e1n estudiando. En la primera etapa, la empresa que supervisa Manjaro GmbH &#038; Co es <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=33575\">Blue Systems<\/a><\/noindex>, que ayuda a los desarrolladores de Manjaro a establecer procesos empresariales y lograr la autofinanciaci\u00f3n. Los principales objetivos en las primeras etapas ser\u00e1n la modernizaci\u00f3n de la infraestructura y la adaptaci\u00f3n del proyecto a los requisitos de una distribuci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Recordemos que el distribuidor <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"http:\/\/manjaro.org\/\">Manjaro Linux<\/a><\/noindex>, basado en Arch Linux, est\u00e1 orientado a usuarios principiantes y se caracteriza por su proceso de instalaci\u00f3n simplificado y amigable para el usuario, soporte para la detecci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de hardware y la instalaci\u00f3n de los drivers necesarios para su funcionamiento. Al usuario se le ofrecen entornos gr\u00e1ficos como KDE, GNOME y Xfce. Para la gesti\u00f3n de los repositorios se utiliza una herramienta propia llamada BoxIt, dise\u00f1ada a imagen de Git. El repositorio se mantiene bajo el principio de inclusi\u00f3n continua de actualizaciones (rolling), pero las nuevas versiones pasan por una etapa adicional de estabilizaci\u00f3n.
