Recordemos que el proyecto pas\u00f3 a ser propiedad de Cisco en 2013 tras <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/www.opennet.ru\/opennews\/art.shtml?num=37498\">la compra<\/a><\/noindex> de la empresa Sourcefire, que desarrolla ClamAV y Snort. El c\u00f3digo del proyecto <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/Cisco-Talos\/clamav-devel\">se distribuye<\/a><\/noindex> bajo la licencia GPLv2.<\/p>\n<p>Mejoras clave: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"l\"> La funcionalidad de verificaci\u00f3n en tiempo real de archivos abiertos (on-access scanning) se ha trasladado de clamd a un proceso independiente clamonacc, implementado de manera similar a clamdscan y clamav-milter. Este cambio permiti\u00f3 que clamd trabajara bajo un usuario normal sin necesidad de privilegios de root. Adem\u00e1s, se ha a\u00f1adido en clamonacc la posibilidad de eliminar, copiar o reemplazar archivos problem\u00e1ticos, se ha establecido la verificaci\u00f3n de archivos creados y movidos, y se ha asegurado la compatibilidad con manejadores VirusEvent en modo on-access;\n<li class=\"l\"> El programa freshclam ha sido significativamente reestructurado, ahora cuenta con soporte para HTTPS y la capacidad de trabajar con espejos que manejan solicitudes en puertos de red diferentes a 80. Las operaciones b\u00e1sicas con la base de datos se han trasladado a una biblioteca independiente libfreshclam;\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha a\u00f1adido soporte para la extracci\u00f3n de datos de archivos egg (ESTsoft), que no requiere la instalaci\u00f3n de la biblioteca no libre UnEgg;\n<li class=\"l\"> Se agreg\u00f3 la capacidad de limitar el tiempo de escaneo, que por defecto est\u00e1 establecido en 120 segundos. El l\u00edmite se puede cambiar a trav\u00e9s de la directiva MaxScanTime en clamd.conf o el par\u00e1metro \u00ab\u2014max-scantime\u00bb en la utilidad clamscan;\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha mejorado el manejo de archivos ejecutables con firmas digitales <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.microsoft.com\/en-us\/windows-hardware\/drivers\/install\/authenticode\">Authenticode<\/a><\/noindex>. Se ha a\u00f1adido la opci\u00f3n de crear listas blancas y negras de certificados. Se ha mejorado el an\u00e1lisis del formato PE;\n<li class=\"l\"> Se ha a\u00f1adido la posibilidad de crear firmas de bytecode para descomprimir archivos ejecutables Mach-O y ELF;\n<li class=\"l\"> <noindex><a rel=\"nofollow\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.clamav.net\/2019\/10\/clamav-01020-has-been-released.html\">Se ha llevado a cabo<\/a><\/noindex> la reforma de toda la base de c\u00f3digo utilizando
