La idea de crear estructuras de fibra conductora de luz se formul\u00f3 por primera vez en 1910. En agua, la atenuaci\u00f3n aumentaba hasta 30 dB por cent\u00edmetro. Pero esta propiedad result\u00f3 ser la m\u00e1s solicitada. Este tipo de fibra \u00f3ptica de celulosa, gracias a su capacidad innata para humedecerse, se convertir\u00e1 en una soluci\u00f3n valiosa y conveniente para medir la humedad.<\/p>\n

El mundo de los sensores inteligentes y cosas conectadas a Internet puede beneficiarse de sensores flexibles, extensos y simples, as\u00ed como energ\u00e9ticamente eficientes para medir la humedad.
