Microsoft Exchange es un gran conjunto que incluye la recepci\u00f3n y el manejo de correos, as\u00ed como una interfaz web para su servidor de correo, acceso a calendarios y tareas corporativas. Exchange est\u00e1 integrado en Active Directory, as\u00ed que imagina que ya ha sido desplegado.<\/p>\n

En cambio, Windows Server 2019 Core es la versi\u00f3n de Windows Server sin interfaz gr\u00e1fica. <\/p>\n

En esta versi\u00f3n de Windows no hay Windows tradicional, no hay nada en lo que hacer clic, no hay men\u00fa de inicio. Solo una ventana negra y una l\u00ednea de comandos negra. Sin embargo, al mismo tiempo, hay una menor \u00e1rea de ataque y un nivel de entrada elevado, ya que no queremos que cualquiera pueda manipular sistemas cr\u00edticos, \u00bfverdad?\u00a0<\/p>\n

Esta gu\u00eda es igualmente v\u00e1lida para servidores con GUI.<\/p>\n

\nEn la imagen de Ultravds, RDP ya estaba habilitado.<\/p>\n
2. Conectar el servidor a AD<\/h2>\n
\nEsto se puede hacer a trav\u00e9s de Windows Admin Center o mediante Sconfig en RDP.<\/p>\n
2.1 Especificar servidores DNS o controladores de dominio\u00a0<\/h3>\n

\nEn Windows Admin Center, conectamos al servidor, vamos a la secci\u00f3n de red y especificamos las direcciones IP de los controladores de dominio o servidores DNS del dominio.<\/p>\n

\nA trav\u00e9s de RDP, en la l\u00ednea de comandos escribimos 'Sconfig' y entramos en la ventana azul de configuraci\u00f3n del servidor. All\u00ed seleccionamos la opci\u00f3n 8) Configuraci\u00f3n de red y hacemos lo mismo, especificando el servidor DNS del dominio.<\/p>\n
2.2 Unir el servidor al dominio<\/h3>\n

\nEn WAC, hacemos clic en 'Cambiar identificaci\u00f3n del ordenador' y se nos abre la familiar ventana de selecci\u00f3n de grupo de trabajo o dominio. Todo como de costumbre, seleccionamos el dominio y nos unimos.<\/p>\n

\nCon Sconfig, primero debemos elegir la opci\u00f3n 1, seleccionar si nos unimos a un grupo de trabajo o dominio, especificar el dominio si nos unimos a un dominio. Y solo despu\u00e9s de completar el procedimiento se nos permitir\u00e1 cambiar el nombre del servidor, pero incluso para eso deberemos ingresar la contrase\u00f1a nuevamente.<\/p>\n
A trav\u00e9s de PowerShell, esto se hace a\u00fan m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil:<\/p>\n

3. Instalamos<\/h2>\n

Si est\u00e1 utilizando RDP, antes de instalar Exchange, debe instalar los componentes necesarios.<\/p>\n
Install-WindowsFeature Server-Media-Foundation, RSAT-ADDS<\/code><\/pre>\n
\nA continuaci\u00f3n, necesitamos descargar la imagen del disco con el instalador de Exchange.<\/p>\n
Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing -Uri 'https:\/\/website.com\/ExchangeServer2019-x64.iso' -OutFile C:\\Users\\Administrator\\Downloads\\ExchangeServer2019-x64.iso<\/code><\/pre>\n

Montar-DiskImage C:UsersAdministratorDownloadsExchangeServer2019-x64.iso<\/code><\/pre>\n
\nSi va a hacer todo esto a trav\u00e9s de la l\u00ednea de comandos, solo necesita montar el disco descargado e ingresar el comando:<\/p>\n

\nComo podemos ver, la instalaci\u00f3n de Exchange en Windows Server Core, al igual que unirse al dominio, no es un proceso complicado, y considerando cu\u00e1nto hemos ganado en seguridad, vali\u00f3 la pena.<\/p>\n
Particularmente me alegr\u00f3 que se pueda ingresar el servidor en AD mediante Powershell m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente que a trav\u00e9s de GUI o Windows Admin Center.<\/p>\n
Es una pena que la opci\u00f3n de instalaci\u00f3n de Exchange solo se haya agregado para Exchange 2019, ya era hora.<\/p>\n
