Se ha publicado la herramienta TrafficToll 1.0.0<\/a><\/noindex>, posicionada como el equivalente de Linux del programa propietario NetLimiter para Windows. Este programa facilita la instalaci\u00f3n de l\u00edmites de ancho de banda para aplicaciones locales espec\u00edficas, as\u00ed como para procesos que ya est\u00e1n en ejecuci\u00f3n. Por ejemplo, se puede limitar el ancho de banda para un programa de descargas y aumentarlo para un videollamada. Las configuraciones se definen en un simple archivo de texto de configuraci\u00f3n. La limitaci\u00f3n del tr\u00e1fico entrante y saliente se realiza a trav\u00e9s del m\u00f3dulo IFB<\/a><\/noindex> (Bloque Funcional Intermedio), que reemplaza al m\u00f3dulo IMQ de iptables.
