A ra\u00edz de la propagaci\u00f3n del coronavirus y el estado de cuarentena, algunas empresas han comenzado a ofrecer a los usuarios acceso gratuito a sus servicios web. El Servicio Federal de Supervisi\u00f3n de la Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos del Consumidor y el Bienestar Humano (Rospotrebnadzor) ha publicado recomendaciones<\/a><\/noindex> para trabajar con tales plataformas.<\/p>\n

\"El<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan el Servicio Federal de Supervisi\u00f3n de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor de Rusia, al solicitar lo que se conoce como \"suscripciones gratuitas\", se debe tener en cuenta un aspecto importante: la mayor\u00eda de los servicios y plataformas solo brindan acceso al contenido despu\u00e9s de vincular una tarjeta bancaria a la cuenta registrada. Esto significa que, tras finalizar el per\u00edodo gratuito u otro per\u00edodo de descuento (por ejemplo, una suscripci\u00f3n por 1 rublo), se comenzar\u00e1 a cobrar dinero de la cuenta del usuario.<\/p>\n

Por esta raz\u00f3n, la agencia aconseja a los usuarios de internet seguir el siguiente orden de acciones:<\/p>\n

  1. Revise el acuerdo de usuario del servicio o plataforma antes de firmar el contrato (registro, suscripci\u00f3n). Preste especial atenci\u00f3n al procedimiento para rescindir el acuerdo, las reglas de reembolso, las condiciones para vincular la tarjeta bancaria a la cuenta y la renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica (deducci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de dinero de la tarjeta).<\/li>\n
  2. Al registrarse para una suscripci\u00f3n gratuita, siempre preste atenci\u00f3n al costo del acceso en los siguientes periodos.<\/li>\n
  3. No olvide gestionar sus suscripciones y la configuraci\u00f3n de su renovaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica. Por lo general, la mayor\u00eda de los consumidores, al adquirir acceso a varios servicios, olvidan la deducci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de fondos al final del periodo de suscripci\u00f3n (mes, trimestre, a\u00f1o).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
