El c\u00f3digo del cliente de Telegram est\u00e1 escrito utilizando la biblioteca Qt y se distribuye<\/a><\/noindex> bajo la licencia GPLv3. En la nueva versi\u00f3n se ha a\u00f1adido la posibilidad de agrupar chats en carpetas para una navegaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s c\u00f3moda en caso de tener un gran n\u00famero de chats. Se ha incorporado la opci\u00f3n de crear carpetas personalizadas con configuraciones flexibles y de asignar un n\u00famero arbitrario de chats a cada carpeta.
