En las operaciones de acceso aleatorio a los datos, el rendimiento puede alcanzar 265 y 320 mil IOPS para lectura y escritura, respectivamente.<\/p>\n

Por otro lado, las unidades Micron 2300 est\u00e1n construidas con chips de memoria 3D TLC NAND de 96 capas, que almacenan tres bits en una celda. Estas unidades est\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para sistemas m\u00e1s de alto rendimiento, orientados a trabajos intensivos con datos, incluyendo CAD, procesamiento de gr\u00e1ficos y video.<\/p>\n
